Sawyer Property Services, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through sawyerpropertyservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, your preferred contact method, the town or address of your project, your ideal timeline, the service you’re interested in, how you heard about us, your project details, and any photos you upload.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and running properly. We do not use advertising or marketing tracking cookies. The one third-party technology on the site is Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form, which sets a cookie for spam protection (see “Spam Protection” below).

Photos You Upload
Any photos you submit are used only to understand and quote your project. We will not publish your photos publicly without your permission.
Spam Protection
Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us distinguish real visitors from automated bots and prevent spam. To do this, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information — such as device and application data — and sends it to Google for analysis. This use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
Address Suggestions
When you begin typing in the “Project Town / Address” field on our contact form, the text you enter is sent to Photon, a free address-lookup service powered by OpenStreetMap, to show matching suggestions. Only what you type in that field is shared, and only to return address suggestions — it is not used for advertising or tracking.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your form submissions are processed and stored by our website and form hosting provider on our behalf. A limited amount of information is also handled by the third-party services described in this policy — Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection) and an OpenStreetMap-based address-lookup service (address suggestions). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your request and for our normal business records, after which we delete it.
Your Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve provided, or opt out of further contact, at any time by emailing brian@sawyerpropertyservices.com.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Third-Party Links
Our site links to third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
